Building Clinical AI for Real-World Cancer Care
DorothAI™ is a clinical intelligence infrastructure platform in formation, being developed as a spin-out of the Global Health & Digital Innovation Foundation (GHDIF).
It explores how governed artificial intelligence and adaptive intelligence can be developed and evaluated for safe use in healthcare. Its initial application focuses on breast cancer care, including cardiotoxicity risk monitoring for patients receiving systemic therapies such as trastuzumab for HER2-positive disease.
GHDIF's non-profit work focuses on the public-benefit evidence, research and healthcare improvement challenges associated with such innovation, while DorothAI™ is being developed as a separate commercial venture.
Learn About The Initiative
We are currently inviting NHS and international clinical partners to collaborate on real-world integration alongside standard clinical practice. This includes a pilot programme involving approximately 100–300 patients across 2–3 NHS Trusts to evaluate risk stratification, workflow integration, and adaptive care support in routine oncology settings.
