The Global Health & Digital Innovation Foundation (GHDIF) exists to reimagine the future of healthcare. We operate at the intersection of technology, science, and society—transforming breakthrough innovations into real-world impact.
By uniting clinicians, technologists, researchers, and policymakers, we accelerate the responsible use of artificial intelligence and digital systems to build health systems that are smarter, faster, and more human-centered.

We support critical innovation to improve the outcomes that matter to patients. DorothAI™ Oncology is an AI-powered platform designed to make breast cancer treatment safer by helping clinicians monitor and manage the risk of cardiotoxicity associated with therapies such as trastuzumab and chemotherapy. By analysing patient data over time, it provides continuously updated risk information, enabling earlier identification of potential heart-related complications and more informed clinical decisions—supporting more personalised care and better long-term outcomes.

DorothAI™ is a governed clinical AI platform designed to support healthcare teams in deploying and managing adaptive intelligence safely within existing NHS workflows. Its initial application focuses on breast cancer care, supporting cardiotoxicity risk monitoring for patients receiving systemic therapies, including trastuzumab for HER2-positive disease.
By generating continuously updated, patient-specific risk information, DorothAI™ aims to enable earlier identification of treatment-related complications and support more timely clinical decision-making that matters for patient outcomes.
We are currently inviting NHS and international clinical partners to collaborate on real-world integration alongside standard clinical practice. This includes a pilot programme involving approximately 100–300 patients across 2–3 NHS Trusts to evaluate risk stratification, workflow integration, and adaptive care support in routine oncology settings.
